How can we help?
Short answers on how each part of Reclearly works and where to find it.
Clients
Listings, buyers, their portals, your CRM and leads.
- Customize which cards show on a listingA listing page is two columns of cards and you choose which ones appear. A new account starts with three: Listing, Messages and Activity. Everything else is off until you turn it on.
- Listing cardThe top card holds the photo, address, price, facts and status, plus your seller contacts and a folded one line commission summary.
- Commission breakdownWorks out what you actually take home on a deal after the referral fee, your brokerage split, your team split and your expenses.
- How the commission math worksThe order the deductions come off in, so the number on the card can be checked by hand.
- Picking a template when you add a listingThe Add listing dialog lets you choose which sale progress the new listing starts with, already set to your default.
- Seller sees thisControls whether a card reaches the seller portal. Cards with a portal twin carry the toggle: sale progress, notes, showings, offers, comps, performance, documents and the partner card.
- Messages on a listingOne conversation for the whole listing, with the seller and anyone else you add, such as a lender or a transaction coordinator.
- Offers on a listingEvery offer on the property with its terms, status and details, plus a side by side compare.
- Accepted contractOnce a contract is confirmed this card holds the deal terms: purchase price, closing date, earnest money and its due date, inspection end, financing end, appraisal, loan type, down payment and contingencies. Key dates come from the contract, uploaded as a PDF or entered by hand.
- Notes from your agentShort notes to the seller. Every note shows the date and time it was written.
- Performance, Price pulse, Comps and CompetitionFour cards about how the property is doing: Performance for views, saves and showings, Price pulse for where the price sits, Comps for recent sales nearby and Competition for what else is on the market.
- ShowingsEvery appointment on the property, with feedback once it comes back.
- Open housesSchedule an open house, collect sign ins at the door and record how it went afterward.
- Co-branded partnerPuts a lender or another partner on the client's portal alongside you. It stays empty until you pick a partner.
- CollaboratorsGives another person, such as a transaction coordinator or a lender, their own link into this deal.
- ActivityThe running history of what happened on the record and who did it.
- Danger zoneWhere a listing is deleted. It is at the bottom and separated on purpose.
- Seller portalWhat your seller sees. Your brand bar and a greeting are always there. Everything below them is the cards you left visible, in a fixed order: the listing card, sale progress, messages, offers, then the rest.
- Customize which cards show on a buyerA buyer page works the same way as a listing: two columns of cards you choose. It starts with Contact, Messages and Activity.
- Client sees thisThe buyer side twin of Seller sees this. It controls the timeline, the message to the buyer, the team card, documents, cash to close, the moving checklist and the partner card.
- Cash to close and the moving checklistTwo cards for the buyer's own preparation: what they need to bring to closing, and what to do before moving day.
- Buyer portalThe buyer's own page, showing the cards you shared from their record.
- CRM and contact syncYour contacts, and the bridge to the CRM you already use. Follow Up Boss and Lofty sync contacts, deals, tasks and notes both ways. BoldTrail and CINC sync contacts both ways only.
- Tags on a contactLabels you can add to and remove from a contact inside Reclearly.
- LeadsPeople who came in from your pages, newest first, with a status you move along.
- ChatEvery conversation with clients and collaborators, full screen.
- Buyer questionnaireThe questions your buyers answer about the home they want. Turn a question off, reword it, change its choices or add your own.
- Limited-service sellersInvite a homeowner you list on your own terms. They get a portal under your branding to sign your documents and send change requests.
- Shared with youSales other agents have opened to you. Each one shows that sale and nothing else.
- View as your client sees itOpens the client's page exactly as they see it, with your hidden cards gone and your brand on top. Nothing you do in the preview is saved or sent.
- Arrange your client's pageMove and resize the cards on the page your client sees. The layout saves as you go and applies to every client.
- Ask a seller for a reviewOnce a listing is sold, send your sellers a short congratulations email with your review links and an invitation to send referrals your way.
- Milestone updates to your clientWhen a deal reaches a new stage, such as on the market, offer in play or under contract, your client gets a short email about it without you writing anything. Each stage is emailed once per deal.
Documents and e-sign
Forms, uploads, required paperwork and signatures.
- Paperwork on a listingEverything the deal has on file, in three tabs: Required, Signed or accepted contract, and All files. The Required tab shows a red count of what is still missing.
- DocumentsYour blank forms, guides and the documents for each listing and buyer, in tabs: All, Listing documents, Buyer documents, Tools and resources, Personal and Other. An upload with no group shows only under All. Every row has Open, Fill in and Download.
- E-signaturesSends a document out for signature and tracks it back. Each signature is stamped with the date, time and a Reclearly verification code, and a Certificate of Completion is produced when everyone has signed.
- Checking a signature with its RCLY codeEvery signature stamp carries a code like RCLY-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Anyone, such as a lender or title company, can check it without logging in.
Calendar and tasks
Your day, your deadlines and every deal's checklist.
- Sale progressThe listing's closing timeline, in phases: Pre-listing, On the market and Accepted contract. A progress bar sits at the top.
- Reordering steps and adding one in the middleSteps no longer have to land at the end and be walked up by hand. Each row has up and down arrows, and a control that puts a new step directly below it.
- Save as my templateTurns the sale progress you have built on one listing into a template you can reuse on the next one.
- Load templatePuts a saved template's steps onto this listing, either in place of what is there or added to it.
- Default templatesPicks the template that fills itself in on every new listing, and the one for every new buyer, so you are not loading it by hand each time.
- Agent only stepsHides one step from the seller while the rest of the card stays shared, for the work they do not need to watch.
- Editing a templateThe template editor sets everything about a step: its wording, notes, owner, phase, deadline and whether the client sees it.
- Assign a checklist to someoneHands a run of steps to a specific person, such as a transaction coordinator or an assistant, so the steps show up as theirs.
- Checklists on a listingChecklists built from your templates, with deadlines that work themselves out from the dates on the deal.
- Buyer closing timelineThe buyer's road to closing, as steps you can reorder, date and assign.
- OverviewThe page you land on. A row of stat tiles at the top, including Expected GCI, then cards you can arrange: Notes, Needs you, Market brief, Active listings and Active buyers, plus Showings on your listings, Tours for your buyers and New leads if you turn them on.
- NotesYour own notes. Optionally give one a date, and optionally link it to a listing, a buyer or a CRM contact to keep it organized. Checklist items never show up here.
- Needs youReal signals with the evidence attached: an overdue step, an unanswered message, an offer about to expire, a missing closing date.
- Expected GCIAn estimate of the gross commission in your pipeline, broken out by stage: active listings, buyers searching and under contract.
- TasksOne list, All tasks, holding every open checklist item across your listings and buyers, sorted by due date with overdue items marked in red at the top. Your Notes sit beside it.
- DealsEvery transaction in one view, with a Pipeline tab and a Coordination tab. Filters for Active, At risk, Closing soon and Closed.
- Checklists and templatesOne page with two tabs. Checklists holds every checklist across your listings and buyers. Templates holds the checklist and sale progress templates new records start from.
- CalendarShowings, open houses, deadlines and dated to-dos on one calendar.
- Arrange your Overview and listsDrag cards into the order you want, set how wide each one is and how many columns the page has, and turn off the ones you do not use.
