What syncs with your CRM, and which way
Choose, for contacts, deals, tasks and notes, whether each one syncs Both ways, only into Reclearly, only out to your CRM, or Off.

How to use it
- 1Open Settings, Integrations tab, and find your CRM.
- 2Under What syncs, set each sync direction.
- 3Contacts and deals start as Both ways. Tasks and notes start Off.
- 4Recent sync activity lists what moved. A contact's own page has Sync history.
Good to know
- If something changes on both sides between syncs, the newer change wins.
- Deleting something on one side never deletes it on the other.
- BoldTrail and CINC do not offer deals, tasks or notes, so only contacts sync for them.
- BoldTrail is only available to accounts it has been enabled for.
