Cancel your plan
Ends your subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again.
Where to find it
Settings, Billing tab, Cancel plan at the bottom of the Billing card
How to use it
- 1Open Settings, Billing tab, and press Cancel plan.
- 2Pick a reason if you like, or press Skip and cancel.
- 3Depending on the reason you may be offered a free month, 40% off your next month, a billing pause or a move to Solo. Accept it, or press No thanks.
- 4Press Cancel my subscription to finish.
Good to know
- Your data is kept for two months after you cancel, so restarting your subscription brings everything back.
