Your usual numbers, filled in automatically on every new listing and buyer so you are not retyping the same split on every deal.

How to use it
- 1Open Settings.
- 2Open the Deals tab and find Commission defaults.
- 3Set your commission percent, referral fee percent, brokerage split, team split and transaction fee.
- 4Add the expenses you have on most deals.
- 5New records load these, and you can still change any one deal.
Good to know
- Changing a default does not rewrite deals you already set up.
