Where to find it

Settings, Billing tab, Delete account at the bottom of the Billing card

How to use it

1. 1Open Settings, Billing tab, and press Delete account.
2. 2Press Download my data first if you want a copy.
3. 3Press Delete my account now.
4. 4To undo it, sign in within 30 days and press Recover my account.

What your client sees

While the account is closed, client portal links say the account is closed and to contact their agent directly. No records show.

Good to know

• After 30 days the account and its data are gone and cannot be recovered.
