How to use it

1. 1Turn on Closing timeline with Customize.
2. 2Press Load standard checklist to start from the usual steps.
3. 3Use the up and down arrows to put steps in the order you work in.
4. 4Set dates inline and assign steps to people.
5. 5Press Save as my template once it looks the way you want it.
6. 6Set it as your default buyer template on the Checklists page if you want every new buyer to start with it.

What your client sees

The same timeline in their portal, when Client sees this is on.

Good to know

• A new buyer starts with no timeline unless you have set a default buyer template. There is no built in fallback on the buyer side.
• Buyer steps have no Agent only switch. Per step visibility is listing only.
