Agent only steps

Hides one step from the seller while the rest of the card stays shared, for the work they do not need to watch.

Where to find it

Listings, open a listing, Sale progress card, the eye on a step row

How to use it

  1. 1Find the step in Sale progress.
  2. 2Press the eye on its row, or use the switch in the step dialog, to turn Agent only on.
  3. 3An Agent only chip appears on the row so you can see at a glance which steps are yours.
  4. 4Set it per step in a template too, with the Client sees it switch in the template editor.

What your client sees

Nothing. An Agent only step is absent from the seller portal, and the progress count is out of the steps they can see, so a finished Agent only step does not make their bar look stuck.

Good to know

  • Listing steps only. A buyer timeline step has no Agent only switch.
  • A step created through the integrations API is visible to the client unless you change it in the app.
