Add a listing or buyer from the iPhone app
Create a listing or a buyer right from your phone. It uses the same form rules as the web, and the new record shows up everywhere at once.

The app, Listings or Buyers tab, + New
How to use it
- 1Open the Listings or Buyers tab and press + New. With nothing there yet, press Add a listing or Add a buyer.
- 2A listing needs a street address, city, two letter state and ZIP. Price, beds, baths, square feet, the seller and commission are optional.
- 3A buyer needs a full name and email. Phone, agreement dates and the purchase details are optional.
- 4Press Add listing or Add buyer.
Good to know
- The Client agreed to texts switch appears only once you enter a phone number.
- Your plan's listing limit applies here too.
