Once a listing is sold, send your sellers a short congratulations email with your review links and an invitation to send referrals your way.

How to use it
- 1Mark the listing Sold. The Review & referral card appears.
- 2Press Request a review.
- 3Every seller with an email on file gets it, greeted by first name, with up to three of your review links as buttons.
- 4After 30 days the button changes to Resend review request.
What your client sees
An email titled Congratulations on the sale, with the listing photo and your review links.
Good to know
- Nothing sends on its own. It goes only when you press the button.
- It needs a seller email on file, and it skips a seller who turned off email from their page.
