Accepted contract

Once a contract is confirmed this card holds the deal terms: purchase price, closing date, earnest money and its due date, inspection end, financing end, appraisal, loan type, down payment and contingencies. Key dates come from the contract, uploaded as a PDF or entered by hand.

How to use it

  1. 1Turn on Accepted contract with Customize if it is not showing.
  2. 2No contract yet: press Enter dates on the card, or Upload contract to have the PDF read. PDF only, 50 MB max.
  3. 3If the PDF cannot be read, the contract is still saved; type the dates in the contract workspace.
  4. 4Review the dates in the contract workspace and press Confirm timeline. Nothing changes on the deal until you confirm.
  5. 5Once confirmed, press Edit on Key dates to change a date inline.
  6. 6The accepted offer row also shows View contract.
