How to use it

1. 1Open Limited-service sellers and set your default price, terms and documents.
2. 2Press Invite a seller and enter their name, email, address and state. Change the terms for this seller if needed.
3. 3Read the state checklist. In a minimum-services state, tick the acknowledgement.
4. 4Confirm the charge to your card, then press Charge and invite.

Good to know

• $30 per seller, one-time, covering 6 months.
• Reclearly never charges your seller; you collect your fee through your brokerage.
• After 6 months the portal is read-only until you reopen it at the same price.
• Documents come from your own library. Reclearly supplies no state forms.
