How to use it

1. 1Gross is the price times your commission percent.
2. 2Income is that gross plus your transaction fee.
3. 3The referral fee comes off the top, as a percent of gross.
4. 4The brokerage split applies to what is left after the referral.
5. 5The team split applies to what is left after the brokerage.
6. 6Expenses come off last, and what remains is Net to you.
