Default templates
Picks the template that fills itself in on every new listing, and the one for every new buyer, so you are not loading it by hand each time.

How to use it
- 1Open Checklists from the sidebar and go to the Templates tab.
- 2In Default templates, choose one template for new listings and one for new buyers.
- 3Every listing you create from then on comes up with those steps already on it.
Good to know
- A new listing takes the template you pick in the Add listing dialog first, then your default, then the built in Standard sale if you have set neither.
- Buyers are different: a new buyer gets a timeline only if you have set a default buyer template. There is no built in fallback, so a buyer starts empty unless you asked for one.
- Changing a default does not touch listings or buyers you already created.
