Milestone updates to your client
When a deal reaches a new stage, such as on the market, offer in play or under contract, your client gets a short email about it without you writing anything. Each stage is emailed once per deal.
Where to find it
Settings, Messages tab, Send milestone updates
How to use it
- 1Open Settings, Messages tab, and switch on Send milestone updates.
- 2Read every word your clients would get, stage by stage, right under the switch.
- 3Move deals through their stages as usual. Only stages reached after you switch it on are sent.
Good to know
- If a deal reaches offer in play and under contract on the same day, the client gets only the under contract email, so the news never arrives out of order.
- The offer in play email waits two hours before it sends, in case the deal moves on.
- It never mentions the other side.
