Listings, open a listing, Offers card

How to use it

1. 1Press Add offer.
2. 2Fill in buyer name, buyer agent, loan type, down payment, earnest money, inspection days, expiration, close date, contingencies, concessions, net estimate and notes.
3. 3Upload the offer PDF and the terms are read out of it for you.
4. 4Set each offer's status, or open Details for the full terms.
5. 5Use the row menu to Edit offer or Delete offer.
6. 6Press Compare offers to see them side by side.
