Inside the Listing card on a listing, or the Contact card on a buyer
How to use it
- 1Open the record and expand the Net to you line.
- 2Press Edit to set commission percent, referral fee percent, brokerage split percent, team split percent and transaction fee.
- 3Add expenses one at a time: transaction coordinator, marketing, photography, staging, signage or other.
- 4The card shows Income, each deduction, Expenses and Net to you.
Good to know
- It is an estimate from the numbers you enter. Nothing is pulled from your brokerage.
- Your client never sees it.
