How to use it

1. 1On the log in page press Forgot password. In the iPhone app press Forgot your password? under the password field.
2. 2Enter your email and press Send reset link.
3. 3Open the email and press the link.
4. 4Type a new password of at least 8 characters twice and press Set new password, then sign in again.

Good to know

• The page says to check your email whether or not that address has an account, so it never reveals who is signed up.
• Clients do not have a password. They sign in with a code from their email.
