FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Still deciding? The fastest answer is the product itself.
Do I have to pay to try it?
No. Both plans start with seven days free. Your card goes on file when you sign up and the first charge is on day eight, so cancel from the billing page before then and you pay nothing. The prices on this page are the live catalog, not a starting point for a sales call.
Do my clients need to create an account?
No. Sellers and buyers open a private link and see their portal immediately. No password, no signup, no app to install. Sections they have no data for simply do not appear.
Whose brand do my clients see?
Yours. Your logo, your photo and your accent color. Reclearly's name is not on it at all. We do not advertise ourselves to your clients.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel any time from the billing page inside the app. Your portals and client links stay live through the end of the period you already paid for, then sharing turns off and those links stop resolving. There is no cancellation fee.
Is there a per transaction fee?
No. One flat price per plan, whether you close one deal a year or twenty. Nothing here is billed per listing, per buyer or per closing.
Where does the market data come from?
Rates and national series come from FRED. ZIP level statistics come from the Realtor.com monthly research file, covering 28,782 ZIPs. Where the data is thin, the product says so rather than inventing a number.
Does it replace my MLS or CRM?
No. Reclearly is the client-facing layer of your business, and it works alongside whatever your brokerage runs. It does not do consumer home search or e-signatures.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. Sign up, add a listing or a buyer, and send the link. There is no implementation period and no onboarding call unless you want one.
